Development Workshop
Overview
The Development Workshop is a collaborative strategy session designed to help your church build the relationships, leadership roles, and systems needed to support its unique mission calling. After clarity is gained through the Discovery Workshop, this next step turns vision into structure. Using pre-workshop materials and input from your congregation, we guide leaders through the process of identifying key partners, assigning internal roles, and creating a missional framework that is both sustainable and scalable.
This session builds off the insights gathered in the Discovery phase—including logistical information, team feedback, and ministry alignment conversations—and helps your church lay the groundwork for meaningful and lasting mission involvement.
