What We Do
Discover
“See what God has placed in front of you.”
We begin by helping churches clarify their unique mission calling through surveys, assessments, and guided conversations with leadership. This discovery process identifies the specific communities—local and global—that God has positioned your church to reach. Using our Mission Discovery Workbook and vision workshops, we help you uncover what makes your church distinct and how your current resources, passions, and opportunities align with a greater mission. This phase sets the foundation for all that follows.
Disciple
“Grow gospel-ready people.”
We equip your congregation to live out and share the gospel with clarity and confidence. Through gospel-sharing workshops, small group curriculum, and personal testimony training, members grow in biblical understanding and personal readiness for mission. Whether someone is serving across the street or across the world, this phase ensures they’re spiritually prepared and mission-minded. The focus here is on developing disciples who live sent lives every day.
Develop
“Build the team. Shape the plan.”
Once the mission is clear, we help churches create the relational and strategic framework needed to support it. This includes forming mission teams, identifying potential partners, setting outreach goals, and preparing the necessary infrastructure. Our development phase features collaborative workshops, a Strategic Missions Planning Guide, and coaching to help establish sustainable pathways for local and international engagement. It's about turning vision into action with a team that’s equipped to lead the way.
Deploy
“Go where God is sending.”
Deployment is where mission becomes movement. We work with churches to launch people into both local and global outreach through short-term trips, long-term partnerships, and community-based initiatives. With clearly defined roles, dates, and resources, every deployment is planned with purpose. Using our Deployment Checklist and ongoing coaching, we guide churches in mobilizing teams that serve effectively—whether it’s in their city, across the nation, or around the world.
