Discovery Workshop

The Discovery Workshop is the first step in helping your church uncover its unique missional calling. Built around thoughtful pre-work—where church leaders & members reflect through guided exercises and input forms—this interactive session uses that foundational insight to fuel a collaborative brainstorming experience. Through engaging activities, your church will identify where God is leading you, who He is calling you to reach, and what it might look like to join Him in that work. It’s a powerful, Spirit-led conversation that moves your mission from idea to clarity.

Development Workshop

The Development Workshop equips your church to turn missional clarity into actionable strategy. Building on the insights gained in Discovery, this session helps your team identify key partnerships, define leadership roles, and create a simple, sustainable framework to support your mission. Through guided collaboration, participants outline goals, timelines, and resource needs—ensuring your church is structurally and relationally prepared to take the next step. It’s all about shaping a plan that fits your people, your calling, and your context.

Discipleship Workshop

The Discipleship Workshop is designed to equip your church with the confidence, clarity, and tools to live and share the gospel in everyday life. Through biblically grounded teaching and practical exercises, participants learn how to identify their personal mission fields, share their testimony, engage in gospel conversations, and disciple others with intentionality. This session moves your church from knowing the mission to living it—developing gospel-ready people who are prepared to make an impact wherever God sends them.

Deployment Workshop

The Deployment Workshop brings your church’s missional journey to its launch point—turning vision into action. In this guided session, your team will finalize the “where, when, what, and how” of your local or global outreach efforts. Using the insights and decisions made in previous workshops, this meeting helps your church create a focused, achievable mission plan with clear objectives, timelines, and team roles. Deployment is where preparation meets obedience—and your people are sent with purpose.
