Our Founder

Clayton Rhodes is a mission strategist, former executive pastor, and veteran marketplace leader with a deep passion for helping churches move from ministry ideas to missional action. After nearly two decades as a senior executive in the elevator industry—leading teams, streamlining operations, and managing multimillion-dollar budgets—Clayton transitioned into full-time ministry, bringing strategic clarity and strong leadership to the local church.

He served as an Executive Pastor, guiding ministry strategy, missions, and church operations. His experience in both ministry and the marketplace, spanning nearly 30 years, shaped a unique blend of pastoral heart and practical know-how—something he brings to every church he serves.

Clayton is the founder of three nonprofit organizations. Hope Beyond Bridges serves individuals experiencing homelessness, where he continues to serve on the board. T3 Mentors Inc. focused on long-term, relational discipleship with at-risk teens. His third and current initiative, The Sent Life, is the culmination of his calling—to help churches discover where God is leading them, develop the structures and partnerships to support that mission, disciple their people for gospel impact, and deploy them into local and global outreach.

Through interactive workshops, coaching, and hands-on tools, Clayton equips churches to move from good intentions to bold obedience. He believes that a church’s impact isn’t defined by its size but by its willingness to be sent. That conviction fuels his commitment to walk alongside smaller and mid-sized congregations—often overlooked, yet full of potential—to activate every member for mission and play their part in God’s redemptive story.
